Services Include

  • One on one nutrition counseling

  • Group talks for athletes and teams (aka “team talks”)

  • Grocery store tours

  • Basic meal planning and cooking techniques

  • Nutrition planning for training, recovery, and competition

We Will Work Towards…

  • Replacing all-or-nothing thinking with one of self-compassion. Being kind to yourself and knowing that nutrition does not have to be “perfect” will allow you to fuel your body for your sport and free up time spent trying to make choices about food.

  • Identifying the foods that support your sport, training, and competition and that can also make you feel good!

  • Being an athlete takes time and dedication. Removing the rigidity around food will allow you to do more of what you love - your sport!

  • Incorporating cooking planning, and preparing food in a way that fits your schedule and your goals.

  • Expanding your understanding of how foods work in the body and use this knowledge to eat in a way that works for you and your performance.

  • Seeing your body for all that it is and all that it can do for you (which is more than just a number on a scale!).
